Warehouse Manager

GPAC is working with a well-established food manufacturing facility in Southern Ohio that is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead multi-shift warehouse operations.

This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving warehouse performance, and driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations across multiple shifts, including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, food safety, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining inventory accuracy, customer service levels, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.

The Warehouse Manager serves as a key leader within the Supply Chain organization, partnering with Production, Scheduling, Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Finance to achieve operational objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$80,000 salary, depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a multi-shift warehouse organization, including Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leads
• Build a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping
• Coordinate operational priorities and workflow across all shifts
• Monitor productivity, throughput, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency
• Ensure staffing levels meet business demands while minimizing unnecessary overtime
• Oversee warehouse employee training, safety, onboarding, and development
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and identify succession-planning opportunities
• Support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate expectations across shifts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and effective warehouse processes
• Oversee forklift maintenance, utilization, and spending
• Provide operational leadership and coverage during Supervisor absences as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous Warehouse Management or Warehouse Leadership experience
• Experience leading multi-shift warehouse operations
• Background in food manufacturing, manufacturing, distribution, or another high-volume environment preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and frontline employees
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory management, shipping, and warehouse operations
• Experience with employee coaching, performance management, staffing, and training
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and operational efficiency
• A hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
