Join the WyattWorks Team as an Underground Installer!
Are you ready to tackle a challenging yet rewarding role with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and a positive attitude? WyattWorks is looking for dedicated Underground Installers to join our top-notch crews!
What You’ll Do:
• Perform essential underground installations, including sewer lines, gas lines, and copper water service lines, from the curb to the home.
• Work as part of a close-knit team: everyone pitches in, whether it’s operating equipment, digging trenches, or ensuring that the job gets done efficiently and safely.
• Engage with customers on-site, ensuring expectations are met with a smile and a positive attitude. No room for anything less than your best.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with digging, whether by hand or with equipment, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We value teamwork and a can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with installing and connecting pipes, and understanding safe trench practices.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to pass a background check. No exceptions—we need someone reliable and serious about the role.
• A strong work ethic and readiness to handle varying weather conditions. This job isn’t for the faint of heart, but the rewards are worth it.
What We Offer:
• Competitive Pay
• Benefits: A retirement match, thorough training, and a supportive team environment. You’ll have access to company vehicles for job site transportation.
At WyattWorks, we’re all about doing what’s right and getting the job done with integrity and grit. If you’re serious, hardworking, and ready to be part of a winning team, we’d love to have you on board!
