We take pride in doing things the right way—not just the fastest way. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, understands the importance of the details, and enjoys building something exceptional.

What You'll Do

  • Install interior doors, casing, baseboards, crown molding, and other architectural trim
  • Install custom millwork, wall paneling, beams, and decorative woodwork
  • Install cabinetry, built-ins, shelving, and other finish carpentry components
  • Perform precise layout, measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and architectural details
  • Identify and resolve field conditions that affect fit, finish, and installation
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades
  • Assist with framing, blocking, and general carpentry as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of carpentry experience, preferably with a focus on finish carpentry
  • Strong understanding of trim installation, joinery, and woodworking techniques
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and finish carpentry equipment
  • Ability to produce tight joints, clean transitions, and precise finished details
  • Comfortable reading plans, taking measurements, and working independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well with others
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional and safe work environment
  • Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Wichita area

Preferred

  • Experience with high-end custom homes or luxury renovations
  • Experience installing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
  • Familiarity with stain-grade woodwork and detailed trim applications
  • Ability to perform light framing, blocking, and other carpentry tasks
  • Experience working alongside designers and custom cabinet shops

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level
  • Paid time off + holidays
  • Retirement plan (401k or similar)
  • Opportunity to work on unique, high-end projects
  • Long-term growth opportunities within a quality-focused company
