The company values reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Joining Louisiana Hospitality Group offers opportunities to grow a career in hospitality within a supportive, service-driven culture.

Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St Francisville, LA, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events such as weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and community celebrations. From a sales standpoint, day-to-day responsibilities include contacting event and wedding planners within a three hour drive of St. Francisville, delivering company PDFs to the planners that explain the different properties and spaces that Louisiana Hospitality Group (LHG) has to offer, and giving person-to-person tours of the individual properties to the planners. On the day of events, the Event Manager will be responsible for ensuring in person that all contract and event space rules are adhered to, such as setups and breakdowns, parking, security, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move event materials, and perform light physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown.
