What You'll DoSubmit and manage dental insurance claimsResolve claim denials and submit appealsPost insurance payments and reconcile accountsGenerate billing reports and attend weekly client meetingsMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up on outstanding claimsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of recent dental billing experience within the past two yearsExperience with insurance claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, and appealsWorking knowledge of dental practice management software (Applicants with Experience in rare software like CareStack, AxiUm, Archy, etc are highly encouraged to apply)Comfortable using Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefitsEligible employees have access to:401(k) with 1% company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramAADOM MembershipEmployee discount programsLocationCandidates must reside in the United States.
